First time entering an event run by 2:09 and mostly everything went smoothly, however their pre race information about charity partner place left a lot to be desired. There were no clear next steps on the website, and when I called following my registration, they still couldn't give me any clear answers. I'm sure the rest of the event organisation would be fantastic, but I am giving them a 2 star rating because I received an email with a 2 day deadline to pay up or the race number would be cancelled. Luckily, I checked my emails in time and am also in a position to pay, but in my opinion this could've been handled in a much more proactive way , especially as I also called them by phone.
