The loud and garish colours from the Truprint prints that I received were nothing like the digital images that I uploaded. They were truly appalling. I complained uploading a scan of one the prints received requesting a reprint but was told that they had consulted their technical advisor and a resubmission would arrive the same. If this is the best they can do then avoid! In fairness they have offered me a refund if I post the prints back, hence the 2 stars awarded.

I’m receiving abusive images that are being designed and sent in pictures to me and you have no way of contacting you. I need information so I can forward this to the police but your Uk numbers don’t work.
