Not been inside, but heard good for wedding and birthday party's, the surrounding area is massive and old and lovely to walk dog and ya self, good air small park near by with zip line lots of places to park and I haven't seen it busy, lots of birds singing making weird alien noises

We had our daughter’s wedding here. The venue is amazing and was perfect for our guests, with all the different areas and rooms available for people to relax in. The staff were really friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
The only thing that marred the day was the cold soup and main courses for a number of the guests.
Luckily the breakfast the following day was excellent and hot!

This place is a beautiful, great location. Never knew it existed. It is perfect for weddings, get-togethers, and parties. The staff were lovely, polite, friendly, and helpful. Yes, I would recommend it. I went to a wedding reception.

We got married earlier in the year in Las Vegas and wanted somewhere to have a party when we returned. Josh was great from the start and tailored our party just how we liked. throughout the booking process we were kept informed and not pushed into any extras that we didn’t want/need. On the day, we arrived early and the staff helped us put the finishing touches to the venue. The Christmas trees were amazing and a definite attraction for the guests. We had the hog roast and hired in a casino, again all went seamlessly. many of our guests commented on what a lovely venue it was, and i must admit it looked stunning. Carol on the bar was an absolute star, along with all the staff and the Dj/pianist we’re playing everything we had pre agreed. On the whole it was a wonderful experience and i cannot thank all the team enough.||amazing place, amazing staff and highly recommended.||||Rob & Heather

We got married in September, from the first visit we fell in love the the decor, nothing was too much trouble for the friendly staff and josh was always on hand with any questions we had, the package was fantastic value for money and the building and grounds where perfect for photos, our master of ceremonies merv was lovely and made sure the day went smoothly. I can’t thank the staff enough! ||The breakfast was a buffet style and there was plenty to go around and the quality was second to none, ||All the rooms were clean and spacious.||Can not recommend enough a beautiful setting for a wedding ||Thank you for giving us an absolutely unforgettable perfect day.

Where to even begin! Our wedding was genuinely amazing from start to finish at Alfreton Hall. Down to the first time we were shown around the beautiful venue, to discussing different options for our big day, to deciding canapés and evening entertainment. Throughout this whole process, we felt so supported by the team at Alfreton Hall.|||Our fantastic wedding coordinator, had a great attention to detail and his years of wedding experience shone through, particularly when we were going through the finer details of our special day. He was great at organising regular meet ups to discuss our day, making sure that we could make any final changes if need be. By doing this, it allowed us to alter and change different aspects of our day. Also, he had great links to local companies to help make your day as special as possible and also for making it very easy to organise. It really gave you a peace of mind knowing that the local companies knew their way around the venue.|||The Hall itself is exquisite, the 8 rooms were all unique, well-kept, clean and spacious, in particular the main bridal suite which is so beautiful and grand. We chose the dream wedding package, which enabled us to incorporate everything we needed for our day and more. We were also able to add additional guests onto the package, allowing us to invite more people which is great option that not many other venues we looked at could accommodate. As well as this, we felt so listened to by the team at Alfreton Hall since the beginning. They went above and beyond to meet all our expectations and even managed to provide specialised props like a donut wall!|||Something that was really important to us was that our guests felt comfortable and relaxed during our wedding day and were enjoying themselves. So many of our guests after the wedding highlighted to us how brilliant and helpful the staff were at Alfreton Hall which was fantastic. Along with this, the Team allowed us to bring our own garden games and even asked if we’d like a bouncy castle for the little ones to enjoy. The team really did think of our guests from every angle, and we felt they went above and beyond.|||Overall, our wedding was so magical and personal to us as a couple. We wouldn’t change a thing and it was topped off at the end by having the most amazing and special fireworks display – something we’ll never forget.|||We cannot thank the team at Alfreton Hall enough and would highly recommend it for a wedding.
