Could not recommend this company highly enough. Ordered a wristlet bag and was emailed pretty much straight away to let me know unfortunately it was out of stock. They couldn’t apologise enough and I was offered a full refund or the option to see if they could get some more in asap or one similar. I chose to wait and Im so happy I did. The lovely Antoinette went up and beyond to make sure I had it within a week from ordering as it was a surprise for my mum who wanted a smaller bag to carry essentials to her chemo treatments. Antoinette kept me informed from start to finish and had some lovely kind words for my mum too. The bag is absolutely perfect and the delivery was really fast (2 days) and packaged lovely.
