I would give zero stars if I could. I collected my wifes prescribed medicine, or so I thought.
She just went to use it and it’s only someone else’s prescription. Different name, address etc. They ask the first line of the address so its hard to see how this can happen. It’s not the same medication either, it’s completely different. Someone taking the wrong medication could die through negligence like this as people have done if you google it. They didn't seem to care in the slightest when I went back.
I won't be using boots again for anything because of it.

I had a text from the pharmacist at 5:00 on 29/12 to say my prescription is ready and went into Boots on 30/12 only to be told I couldn’t have it even though it had been prepared by the pharmacist and was ready for my collection. The reason given was that the pharmacist wasn’t on the premises! Absolutely disgusting especially given tomorrow is a Sunday followed by bank holiday Monday so no pharmacist until Tuesday.

Great customer service, but sooooooooo slow! Especially Pharmacy. 3 people behind the counter. Pharmacist in and out doing checks and vaccinations. Waited 45 minutes for a tube of cream. Could do with hiring a nurse for checks and let pharmacist get the prescriptions done! I'm free if you want to employ me!
Left my phone open at my advantage card but assistant forgot to scan it. Had to wait while she found another member of staff to cancel, refund and rescan. Need to educate till staff

I missed the memo that made Pharmacist's God.

Rude and dismissive pharmacist who thinks he is a God like being. I was refused sale of pain relief for the second time in two months despite GP &111 sending me there for "help&advice".
I showed my repeat prescription which wouldn't be ready in time but He was arrogant and cold.

Closing my advantage card after 20years of shopping with boots.

Superdrug have been a lot more caring and polite.

Always had good service from Boots, shop well laid out, easy to find items, staff very helpful, and located in The Chantry Shopping Centre, easy to access from car parks, other shops convenient, will happily carry on using them ongoing!!

Disgusting service and attitude from their pharmacist today.
I was buying an OTC product and fully expecting to be questioned on its use and suitability. However, I was met with attitude, presumptions and aggressiveness. This is NOT the way to conduct yourself in your patient facing role. Time for some training on how to speak to people could benefit this person. Diabolical, shameful and embarrassing. I left the store in tears!

1st Pharmasist assistant on till was not so helpful and told me they didn't have enough of my prescription. Then checked properly after I re-asked and "out we have lots" came the reply. Otherwise the Pharmasist was great and helpful once the assistant left!

Large open spacious airy, chain of shops selling medicines, health and beauty products. It has food and drink range in the form of lunchtime meal deals. They also have big pharmacies inside. The shops are located in the High Street and in shopping centres. It also provides optician and hearing care services within the shop.

First class service, from professional, friendly and helpful staff. Spotless clean. Wheelchair accessible entrance. Disabled parking very close in the multi storey car park. Disabled toilets in the Chantry centre.

If you shop at Boots regularly like I do, it's worth getting an advantage loyalty card, so that you can earn 4 advantage points for every pound you spend. I ordered some items online, collected from the shop on the next day no postage charges. Efficient and reliable service 10/10
