Just wow. Epic Events helped our wedding at the beginning of the month feel absolutely remarkable. We hired a few products from them, the main being the autumnal moongate and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. It was so beautiful! The team were so friendly and helpful, from ordering, delivering, setting up and collecting, they were so professional and used their skills and expertise to make everything absolutely perfect. Also if you are thinking about using their audio guestbook. I highly recommend! We had such fun listening to our guest book after the wedding and it came back to us so quickly it was one of the first things we received! Absolutely no regrets using Epic Events, if anything I'd wish I hired more! Highly recommend.

We used Epic Event Hire for our wedding at the beginning of August.
We chose a wedding package to make it easier.
From the off, Kerry was incredibly helpful and gave recommendations and ideas to what we could have.
I told her my vision and Epic made it come to life!
The venue was absolutely beautiful after they had finished. Nothing was too much trouble.
We had the photo booth in the evening and the member of staff that came, Cole, was so patient and polite!
We chose the package with the DJ included and he was brilliant. Everything was easy to do online or over the phone.

We used epic events hire for our wedding in January. We went with you for the DJ and for the drapings and we are so glad we did as the drapings looked so good and was exactly what we pictured and as for the DJ we got to pick as many songs as we wanted and our guests got to request songs too which we loved. It was all very easy to sort out online and any questions we had they where very quick and helpful with answering

We got married earlier this month and all the team at Epic Event Hire were such a wonderful help in making the day perfect!

We initially approached them to help decorate the main hall at our venue - which needed to be used for the ceremony, wedding breakfast, and reception so couldn't disappoint! Kerry was patient and so helpful when we went back and forth on ideas. Eventually we settled on what we wanted, presented them with a picture and they made it happen! You can see in the pics how gorgeous the festoon looks and it gave a lovely, intimate feel to the day.

We also hired lots of props - we wanted to DIY a lot of the small extra touches to our day but that can get super pricey and confusing along the way! We ordered easels for signs, candlesticks for our tables, discoballs and an apple crate to be part of our floral decorations, and standing grids to display photos of our friends and family on.

We weren't sure what to do with music for the reception, so we went with their DJ hire. We were a bit nervous as we've not always been that impressed with some wedding DJs....but we needed have worried at all! The option to pre-provide a playlist was fantastic and on the day we got the loveliest DJ who did an awesome job.

The variety of what Epic Event Hire supply is so impressive, and they can really take so much stress out of your special occasion!

We recently commissioned Epic Event Hire to dress our offices for a corporate event, and the results were nothing short of extraordinary. They transformed three functional meeting rooms into stunning spaces, complete with creative lighting, elegant occasional tables, and sparkling trees.

The transformation was remarkable—what was once a standard boardroom was effortlessly turned into a sophisticated "gin palace" in just a few hours. Our clients thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere, which made the evening a great success.

The team at Epic Event Hire was highly efficient, returning the next morning to remove all the props and restore the rooms to their original functional state, ready for client meetings without a hitch.

After picking the venue and dress, hiring Epic events was next on our to do list and we are so glad we did!! They were extremely helpful, and clearly knew what they were doing, which was good as we didn't. Unlike many in the industry from the first meeting it was 1 on 1 in their show room. This allowed us to work with them to see what our various options were for center pieces, table runners, chair sachets and many more. Furthermore as we were knew to weddings, it was helpful they had a good idea of roughly what we would need, while never being pushy . We got our stationary from Epic events as well and they were amazing with that too, making last minute changes, and keeping us on schedule. To save the best to last, Dan our wedding Dj was just a star, he had the best energy, knew how to keep the crowd going, a genuine sweetheart as well!! Our wedding was relatively diverse, with various nationalities and so was the music but he rolled with it incredibly well and provided excellent entertainment!! Can't thank him enough!! The team from Epic Events did a great job with the decorations for our wedding. Kerry, Chloe and their colleagues were professional and responsive throughout the process, with really helpful suggestions for making our ceremony and reception so special. They also took care of the table centres and stationery, and made the preparations smooth and straightforward, liaising with the venue staff to set everything up well ahead of schedule. They’re clearly pros and we wouldn’t have any hesitation to recommend them to others. Many thanks to the Epic team!
