Unbelievably bad customer service! Gift bought for Xmas for £80 pounds was unsuitable, took it back and was told the item is now discounted and now only worth £50! Crazy as item didn’t fit… surely a refund would have sufficed. Not even sure if it’s legal, will be contacting trading standards. Don’t use this shop

A treasure trove of lovely coloured stock in a teeny space! I went in yesterday with three hours to spare until a wedding - they took it as a personal mission to find me something, and we did! A fab, reasonably priced dress and a matching pair of earrings. Thank you!

I ordered online from this store and it was my first times I purchased a jelly cat toy and the delivery was fast, they offered a discount for your first purchase! I ordered beautiful vintage clips from O&P for a friend's wedding. They fast-tracked the postage so that they would be with me on time and sent them beautifully packaged and addressed to the 'lovely Jill' which made me smile a lot. I love the goods l bought just before Christmas. I bought a night dress, some candles and a handbag which were of such good quality! They came beautifully wrapped and had a personal touch to it. I would recommend that you try the products for yourself!

Great purchase from this website first time ive used it. The bag was lovely just like the pictures and very well packaged. Nice touches including a handwritten card inside asking me to get in touch if there were any issues or damage due to the posting I emailed back to let them know it arrived in perfect condition.
