I wasn't able to complete my yodel return here. The code I was given worked perfectly fine in another shop just down the road. In all fairness the staff were polite about the whole thing but suggesting that I needed to get a new code was ultimately misleading and would have wasted even more time

Popped in tonight for a couple of bits. Couldn't find what I was looking for but a colleague helped me find what I wanted. Both colleagues on site were brilliant and friendly. Such a lovely pair of guys. Highly recommend.

I took an IKEA return via collect+ or YODEL. Person serving said the barcode didn't work even though the barcode was sent by IKEA. Whole attitude was lazy and not willing to help. Avoid

Took a small FedEx parcel on a Saturday and they told me to come back on Monday when the delivery man comes. To.me, that's just lazy and unaccomadating. If you don't want to deal with parcels etc, don't sign up to it. Really poor service.

Well stocked local convenience store. You should be able to get something like what you came for, most of the time. They participate in most small store schemes: parcel collection / drop, lottery, cash machine, and so on. If you've got nothing in and you need to feed a family, providing you're not fussy or expecting a restaurant quality meal; this shop will serve its purpose.

Prices on some items are way too expensive for what they are.

For a convenience store, it has a pretty good range, the family who run the shop have always been very friendly too. They really do cover a wide range of needs; household items, frozen products, spices, cupboard basics, tinned goods, fresh produce like vegetables/dairy, even paneer, fresh sandwiches, coffees, bakery goods, fizzy pops, juices, some can drinks that can be hard to find such as the range of Fanta flavours or DR Pepper varieties. They offer a couple of meat-free alternatives products too such as quorn, although I’m hoping this line of products expands slightly in the future.
They have a fair sized alcohol selection too, as well as interesting design lighters and extensive card selection. Oh and Ben & Jerry’s!! It’s a really great store actually...
