We got married here in October and it was the best day we could have ever imagined. From the first time we viewed the venue to the very last minute the team were incredible. So helpful, let us have the wedding we had always imagined, and were there for us throughout any bumps along the way. Jess who planned everything with us and Vicky who was there for us on the day, I couldn't have wanted anyone else to help me and my wife plan and coordinate our wedding. They were just the best team.

The food? Wow, we are still getting compliments over a month later about how amazing the food was here. I can highly recommend the Cauliflower Daahl!!!!

We got married at The Great Barn in September 2024, I'm not usually someone who leaves reviews but just had to in this case! A big thank you to our coordinator, Jess, who was very supportive in the planning in the run up but just fantastic on the day. We could truly just enjoy the day knowing everything was in hand, from decoration to vendor liaison to food. The venue is beautiful (we didn't need lots of extra decorations) and a great backdrop for photos, and we especially liked the new ceremony barn. The food options were great and went down very well on the day, and it suited us that it was in-house and not another thing to manage! We worried a little in the run up about taxis (as the venue is quite rural) and sound limiter but neither were an issue at all - in case it puts any other couple's minds at ease! We would also recommend the onsite cottages and thought these were a great addition. Thank you again to all the team at The Great Barn!

We had our wedding at the Great Barn in November 2024, and it was truly perfect. After an extensive search for the right venue, the moment we stepped into the Great Barn, we knew it was the one! The level of personalisation and flexibility they offered, along with the incredible support from our wedding organisers, made all the difference. Wow, where do I start! Absolutely incredible. The Great Barn wedding venue was out of this world, we got married just under 2 weeks ago and we couldn't of wished for a more perfect day.
The attention to detail by all the staff was amazing, Jess was our coordinator and she was the most lovely lady, super bubbly and made our day run so smoothly. We are so so grateful of her and the team!
The food, again wow! We have had so many compliments from guests that have said how amazing the food was and how stunning the venue was, the size of the pavlovas i wish i got a photo they were insane! I honestly would love to to back to the great barn, again and again! Because we have absolutely no flaws, it was absolutely perfect and we thank you so much for helping make our wedding the best day of our lives. (If only we could come back for our wedding anniversary! 😂)

Best day of my life! The great barn is absolutely gorgeous venue, and I would recommend having your special day here!
Shoutout to Kate who was our coordinator and was by our side the whole way and did an exceptional job of setting up and helping me with any questions I had leading up to our day and during it & to the team🤩
I felt Kate was apart of our day and I couldn’t be happier 😌
I’m obsessed with how everything was set up and our guests loved the food, it was just such a perfect day and we wish we could do it over and over✨

From the moment we saw The Great Barn online, we knew it was our venue. After our first visit we booked straight away!

The venue itself is gorgeous, the staff are phenomenal and the organisation and attention to detail shown by everyone involved was top draw.

The venue is set in beautiful English countryside, and even though we didn’t have the finest weather, our photographer was able to capture some fantastic photos in the various backdrops available.

In the lead up to the big day, everything was simple and made clear to us and on the day we were able to relax, get ready and be confident that the staff had everything under control.

The food was exceptional and so many guests told us it was the best food they had eaten at a wedding and the fajita bar was a massive success.

We couldn’t recommend The Great Barn enough and are forever grateful for making our wedding day truly exceptional!

I attended a 21st Birthday at The Great Barn, on Saturday and can l say it was lovely. The venue was lovely, the food was amazing. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. But there was one that went over and above, didn't get his name, but was impeccably dressed, waistcoat and dicky bow.
Would definitely recommend. The Great Barn.
