I visited to have new windscreen wipers fitted, one of which had broken whilst driving the previous afternoon and thus needed fixing as soon as possible. I didn't make an appointment but turned up at the Store just before opening time. They were SO helpful, courteous, and really pleasant to deal with.

Had a wonderful experience today. Unfortunately Halfords website was incorrect with the battery I needed for my car so initially purchased the wrong one. Went back into store today and spoke with a lovely member of the team called Natali. Extremely helpful and insisted she was going to carry my battery to my car because I had my 2 year old daughter despite saying I was okay. 5* service and she is amazing addition to your business.

Excellent customer service and normally have all the parts and tools I need to get me out of a bind. Fairly priced too. I just bought a cycle carrier and it was cheaper here than on Amazon and Ebay. Jacob was very helpful in making sure we had everything we needed.
