I’ve been coming here occasionally for many years, four of us bowled yesterday, it was good, but the lanes are looking quite battered and dated, and could definitely be refurbished. There weren’t a lot of balls around, a lot of the same and had to go and hunt for ones we needed. Some of the decor could use a bit of a revamp too. The bar area is nicely set up, but the service was a little slow. The staff were all great, and sorted out a problem when there was an issue with the pins not setting up. We’ll definitely come back though.

It’s a pretty decent entertainment area. Caters to both old and young. There’s a lot of fun games like bowling, pool/snooker and arcade games. There’s also a bar for drinks and entertainment, there’s an outlet for finger foods as well. The building has a wheelchair/disabled accessible entrance and toilet. A good place to take the family for a joli time.

Not a bad palce to bowl but deffo in need of a little revamp. Some of the lanes look a little worn. The cafe was reasonably priced and the actual price to bowl itself was very good and for that I can't complain.

Great place, only downside is unless you're bowling you can get through the arcade games very quickly as there isn't much variety and a few of the games werent working properly.
Not bad to kill time for an hour or so, and plenty of parking.
Cafe inside selling hot and cold food and drinks, lots of variety.
Would be a great place for a birthday party (bowling)

Went here yesterday with my brother & his family to watch the Man United football game, not very busy at all about 2 other peoole in the bar area, but after asking for the game to be shown i was greeted with yeah ok no problem we'll get that sorted for you, 10-15 minutes went by & the match hadn't been changed & even more guests asked for the same game, I went to ask if they managed to find the game & I was told that because the staff wanted to watch the Tottenham game it wasn't going to be changed! I was in shock as surely the customer comes first right? All night we were made to feel uncomfortable in the bar area by staff behind the bar staring & whispering aswell as the customer service wasn't great i was waiting to be served & as someone else approached the bar he got served before me even though I'd already been waiting 10 minutes, also apparently being on their phones & eating food whilst sitting on a bar stool in plain view was more important than serving guests! Will not be going here again as it seems the staff no longer care about their customers! This place was so much better when it was number 10! Roll on when they turn it into a Lidl as atleast they'll care about custom instead of moaning "when" it gets busy.

Namco Funscape in Norwich is a must-visit for anyone looking for an exciting and enjoyable time. The bowling alley is spacious and well-maintained, with state-of-the-art lanes, comfortable seating, and an overall sleek design. The atmosphere is energetic, with bright lights, lively music, and a friendly and helpful staff that makes sure your experience is top-notch.

In addition to bowling, there is also a variety of other games and activities to enjoy, including air hockey, arcade games, and laser tag. The food and drink options are also impressive, with a menu that includes classic pub fare, cocktails, and a great selection of beers.

The prices are reasonable, especially considering the quality of the facilities and the level of service. It's also easy to make a reservation or walk-in, making it convenient for families, friends, and groups of all sizes.

Overall, Namco Funscape is a great place to spend an evening with friends, family, or co-workers. Whether you're looking to bowl a few games, enjoy a delicious meal, or simply have some fun, you won't be disappointed. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a good time.

We love this place because it offers those of us who are of a mature age a special deal called nifty 50. The deal provides three hours of bowling for seven pounds which includes a hot drink. The staff are friendly and helpful. The deal is only available weekdays between 10 and 5 and it's not available during school holidays. Prices have changed and the 3 hour slot is now £8.50, so still great value 👌
