staff told me very rudely to leave the store when in the process of buying one of there own products. Would’ve appreciated a little more respect. Used to enjoy shopping here

I was doing my christmas shopping, looking at makeup with my friends. A employee walked up to us and asked accusingly if we had anyone over 18 with us, since we didn’t she said rudely that we would have to leave the store. If you’re a teenager you unfortunately cannot shop here apparently.

Why is it so, so difficult and time consuming to return anything... that took just seconds to buy. That doesn't encourage me to buy Christmas gifts that might be the wrong size for example.

Very easy to get to and ample parking. Store inside is very clean and well looked after. Great selection of clothes and food from around the world. I love coming here in July to start my Halloween collection! Staff always friendly and helpful
