If you decide to shop here make sure to check your receipt when you’re there cuz there’s a thief woman who works at the till and will happily steal double the price for you i went back and got my refund they weren’t even shock i think they used to it be careful

Good experience, there is alot of selection. It's well worth a look as a first port of call. The pricing in my opinion is very fair, theyre as cheap as or cheaper than the likes of ebay and amazon for alot of things.

the cashier was attentive. I think she was still new and training, so it shows this company is doing something right in that department.

I needed help finding something and I asked a "young man" who only pointed me in the right direction and he wasn't busy which wasn't very helpful but a few minutes later he did come over to make sure I had found what I was looking for which was good.

All in all a soon to be 3 year old was very happy with the paw patrol theme party supplies bought

Hi guys, this afternoon I buy a Ninja customer to my son and the guy open to me and was complete customer but, when I arrived right now in my house, the Ninja customer was missing the balaclava mask and belt. I know that you guys don't change, but this don't is the case. My son go to school party tomorrow with incomplete customer 🤦🏻‍♀️

I understand sign "no mask no entry" - rules are the rules, but if someone is exempt like me, and just can not wear a mask, than you don't have to treat them like a dog and serve at the door - we are still human beings. You should be ashamed. Will never come to this store again.

Amazing, helpful, enthusiastic, kind staff that will go above and beyond to find what you're looking for! HUGE selection of costumes for both men and women, really fun items. Tons of wigs, Halloween home decorations, colourful eye lenses (sold to 18+ only), party lashes, Snazaroo body paints, and typical cheesy stuff for hen parties, even flags (Japan, Wales, Croatia, Britain) for watching matches. You can try on the costumes there! You can even get adjustments (stitching) done, mine was a minor one and for free. Be careful as you can't return wearable items once you purchase them if you simply decide you don't want them anymore. Covid restrictions: limited number of people in the shop (so no crowding - yay). Can't recommend this shop - so much better than online shopping because you see what you get, can try it on, and feel easily inspired with so many items to choose from to combine for your outfit.

They have pretty much everything you need for a party. It’s better if you call in advance to check if they are busy, usually they start being more busy around Thursday/ Friday.
They were fast and helpful. The only disappointment was that one of the balloons started losing its shape after few hours while they should last 3 days at least. But the decorations were a success!
