Party Wishes was recommended to me, and I have to say Saira is one of the most friendly and proficient vendors I have ever dealt with. I basically told her the occasion and the colours I liked and she did the rest, then supplied the most beautiful balloon displays for my birthday last Saturday, for what I consider to be a very reasonable price.
The room looked so lovely when I arrived with the way they had set them up, and EVERYONE was complimenting them!
