I chose this business as I wholeheartedly believe in buying local and supporting small businesses. I wanted to order 50th birthday balloons on Monday for a party on Saturday.
Monday, I filled in the contact enquiry form on the website - no response.
Tuesday i called and spoke to the business owner, ran through my requirements and ended the call expecting an email with an outline and cost so I could make payment and secure my order. No response, no email.
Wednesday I tried to call again and was diverted to voicemail after a few rings. No answer to my voicemail.
I recognise that things can happen, and that perhaps a business owner decides they can't or don't want to fulfill an order.... but if that's the case just say! Then at least I could have engaged another balloon supplier sooner. I thought I had balloons in the bag but in the end had to go elsewhere and put another business under pressure with short timescales.

Update: I did eventually get something back from this business: a text at 8:59 pm on the Thursday night. A weak apology and to inform me she could only partially fulfil my order and could only deliver at a time that wouldn't have worked with our venue. I am SOOOOO GLAD I BOOKED WITH ANOTHER SUPPLIER and didn't rely on this business. Absolutely no understanding that a customer might want to have their order secured and have confidence in it for a big event like a 50th birthday.

Natalia was an absolute superstar and designed the most beautiful balloon arch and flowers for our daughters Baby shower. It was the star of the show and our daughter absolutely loved it. This store is the place for party decorations if you are looking for something with a touch of class. I have used this store before but this weekend, on the morning of the baby shower I had organised, I went to the store in a bit of a panic and they were not only able to supply beautiful decorations, they were able to make up a beautiful display of balloons at such short notice. This was topped by a very friendly and personable service. I could not recommend this store enough. I cannot wait to get party planning again!
