Well I think the service in this shop is appalling. No customer satisfaction. I bought 4 charity helium balloons with a guarantee if I paid 50 extra on each balloon they would be fine for next day. When I got to my event one balloon was deflating. I took good care of them. The other three fine. It ruined my display. I mentioned this at my next visit to shop. Basically I was told it was bad luck. No apology or refund. I won’t be going in again and will send this to my friends.

Fabulous balloons for a 40th birthday party. Very helpful when ordering in store with colour selection, collection very easy on the day and lovely finer details such as bows on individual balloons. Would highly recommend!

Very disappointed by the service. I will not be visiting again.

I bought a balloon here and it popped, I returned to the shop for a replacement. You and your staff made me feel very uncomfortable. Another customer left as they must have felt the same. I asked you to stop arguing with me and I offered to pay for a new balloon. If the ballon popping was my fault, I still don’t feel the way I was treated was appropriate.

I use Blush whenever one of my team has a birthday coming up. The shop is fantastic and has a great range of all the things you'd need to make a fuss of someone on any occasion. Donna and Mia are both lovely and always help me find the right decorations for whichever person or whatever occasion we have coming up. Would recommend!

Absolutely amazing small business who went over and above to make sure my daughters 18th birthday was special. Not only going in on a Sunday, but hand delivering to my door 20 miles away, following a problem with a faulty balloon. Can’t thank them or recommend them enough.
