Tip Top Balloons decorated our wedding venue, from start to finish the quality of the product and service was phenomenal.
They provided us with our fairy tale wedding venue and I cannot applaud them enough for their professionalism and personal touches.
We had chair covers, sashes, drapes, starlight curtains, LOVE letters, fairy lights, table runners and table cloths and every single detail was perfect.

Would recommend tip top to everyone. I always use them. they did our wedding was lovely I left it all down to them to decorate. And wot a amazing job they did. Everyone loved it. And I had no worries on my wedding day.

I needed a balloon to reveal a surprise however I couldn't find anything suitable, not even online. I spoke to the team at Tip Top who told me they could customise a balloon from scratch. I left it with them, picked it up the day of the surprise and couldn't have been more pleased. Would thoroughly recommend, they're very friendly and couldn't have helped out any more than they did!

Found the owner very patronising and rude.... He agreed to blow up my own balloons ( bought from a very well known and reputable company)
He would not blow them up enough so that the hearts all look like round balloons... They are meant to be 18" across... Mine measure 9"..... They are meant to be large hearts and I ended up with odd looking round ones..... To add insult to injury he charged me for 7 balloons even though he clearly bagged up 6?!
£14 ?! Won't be back and would not recommend to anyone else.......

The single worst customer service I have ever experienced! We purchased 3 foil helium balloons for our daughters birthday party, within 1 day one had already deflated it was a Sunday so the shop was shut so we had to use it for her party, by the Tuesday the other 2 had deflated, we were told they would last a week. I called the shop to ask if they could re inflate them to which I was led to believe that this was somehow my fault, my wife called back to explain that it was not fair to treat a customer like this and again reiteeated that we wanted the balloons re inflated which was agreeed. 2 minutes later the owner called my wife back and abused her over the phone! Needless to say we visited the store and had a full refund, but even then the owner was had to say that there was nothing wrong with the balloons as we were walking out, 3 deflated balloons! Nothing wrong! Avoid like the plague, rude, horrible people! Dreadful shop!

Gone in to ask if they can inflate some balloons, the shop assistant was very, very rude and snappy. Saying he is closing soon and can't do anything today, this was at 14:30, when their Google page says they close at 17:00. Needless to say I will not return. Go to Asda, staff there is lovely!

Popped in to discuss balloons for my wedding. Started off really well, chatting with one of the young girls who was making suggestions. It then all went downhill when an older lady just came and took over. She rudely critisised my wedding plans and looked down her nose at me. I left feeling upset and insulted. Needless to say I will not be returning and will be looking for my wedding decs else where. If I could give zero stars I would!
