Cannot praise these people highly enough. We wanted a custom mug made as a one-off corporate gift and they did an excellent job, turning our rather vague description into a nice design and then tweaking the design based on our feedback. All done very promptly and backed up by very efficient shipping.
Amazing service for a customer buying just one mug - and delivered by real people, not robots.
We will definitely use them again when we have another requirement of this kind. A superb experience.

Your company was brilliant! I loved the fact that you sent a mock up of the design when I was inquiring about the costs (other companies would do this until I’d placed the order!). And even better than that was the photo of the first printed bag – a great way to check that I was happy with it! The whole process only took about 5 days, including delivery. I will definitely use your company again if I need to order more bags.

I use this company once a year to get the end of year gifts for my class. Unfortunately, the teddy bear key rings I usually get were sold out so I got some bigger bears instead. I think I’ll stick with the bears from now on as they’re really cute. The print quality was great and they were delivered extremely quickly! I’ll definitely be back again next year!

Received my bags today and they are fantastic. Despite me only wanting a small order this company were extremely helpful from the beginning to the end and made me feel that my custom was valued. Placed a small order recently which we were pleased with. Used monarch again for a large order. Had an issue with the product. Contacted monarch and their customer service was fab. Amy sorted the problem straight away. Next day delivery is a massive plus point for us to. Good product, fab service would use again and again
