Excellent customer service Sam and Gary.
Went that extra mile and give. Me 110% service as a first time customer getting 18 years old birthday party light up boxes taken to a venue in July 2021.
Daughters 18th cancelled dur to Covid 19 2 times so 3rd time lucky fingers crossed.

Would highly recommend Tyne Events they provided a fantastic servcie for my parents at there wedding. The quality of the chair covers and centrepices were exceptional and the starlit backdrop made the day. The DIY candy bar saved me £100's of pounds!!! The best thing of all was the exellent customer service and being able to visit the showroom so we could see the quality of what we were getting first hand. this company were 40% cheaper than the prices quoted by our hotel. Highly recomended and my friend has already booked for next year as prices so cheap.
