Organised for my 9 year old birthday. We had 14 children. Planning and communication ahead of time were good and the bus arrived in good time for the start of the party. There was a good selection of games on different consoles. The boys mainly played FIFA and Fortnight, although it took awhile to download Fortnight due to an update. The host was very patient and polite. We would certainly recommend if you’re planning this type of party.

What an incredible experience for a group of game-loving 7 and 8-year-olds! The van arrived ahead of time, and the setup was completely seamless. Nat, the entertainer, was absolutely fantastic—she had the kids fully engaged while ensuring they were safe. She struck the perfect balance between commanding the room and being approachable.

My son had the best birthday ever, and all the kids were thrilled. The highlight for me was that they were completely absorbed in gaming, teamwork, and fun for 90 minutes, giving me a chance to relax and chat with the other parents. It was such a brilliant idea for a party—having the van pull up right at the house, with the kids entertained for 90 minutes. An all-around amazing experience!

From the moment I made an enquiry the booking all done and confirmed within 1-2 days a quick and prompt response from Gamewagon. I could not have asked for an outstanding and amazing experience with Gamewagon. The surprise was for my sons 10th birthday he was so excited he was able to enjoy with friends and family for his special day. Without a doubt the best kid's birthday party experience we have ever had. Super cool, the party host ran the party brilliantly and the kids just loved it. Even better, no mess or noise in the house!!
It was easy to book too and very thorough - they need to confirm things like accessibility for the van etc.

We hired the gaming van for my sons 10th birthday. Josh arrived early to set up the van and even helped me with my decorations as I was a bit stressed with venue issues. He was friendly and polite, and ensured the kids were happy throughout the hire time. My son said he really enjoyed his birthday and we will definitely recommend your company to friends and family.
