Well I'm super stoked with the service provided by Gareth's this year. Definitely an 11 out of 10.... I live in Australia now and had totally forgotten to order flowers. This was late Saturday night so too late to arrange flowers for my mum for Mothering Sunday.....or so I thought! I have used Gareth's for quite a few years for birthdays, Christmases etc.... so went online and ordered a bouquet with a message asking if possible could it be delivered earlier than the Monday stated.... well they pulled out all the stops and yes they delivered on the Sunday to my surprise and delight and the bouquet as always was/is absolutely stunning. So a big shout out to Gareth's.....you are the best!!!!!!

Gareth’s Florists delivered an exceptional service, a significantly better service than I’ve ever received from national florist chains. The website was easy to navigate and place my order and once placed, I received a personal email from a lovely lady named Liz, confirming my order and offering assurances of a beautiful bunch of flowers. These were for my 10 year anniversary of marriage so I wanted them to be special.

The flowers were delivered today and I received another personal email from Liz to confirm delivery, and an excitable Skype message from my wife, a photo of what can only be described as an incredible bunch of the most beautiful roses.

You do not get this level of service nor interaction from a national company. From now on, I will buy local and will always recommend Gareth’s Florists.

I ordered a floral arrangement from Gareth's to be delivered to my wife's workplace as I was leaving the country on business and wanted to surprise her. I gave them my budget and just said 'I'll leave it to you to make it look good' - The end result was a very happy wife who was delighted with her flowers. As I write this 4 days later they are still on display in our lounge and look amazing. Thank you to Gareth's, I would happily recommend them if you are looking for a florist. The 5 star rating was a no brainer.

This is the second time I have been in to this florists. On both occasions, the lady was abrupt and curt. Not at all friendly or even helpful.
Today I was trying to buy roses for my mums funeral.
I left without making a purchase.
I will never shop here again!
This is not the level of service that is acceptable or should be tolerated!
