Staff in this shop are undoubtedly racist towards Blacks!

If you’re a Black person please just walk to the Tesco on north approach or the Co Op in abbots wood park.

This staff at Nisa blatantly ignore black customers when they say hello, myself and members of my family have experienced this.

Today I went to the post office and was told that I couldn’t use my card to buy a gift card, which was for Christmas because the cashier assumed loudly that my card would decline and demanded that I pay cash. In front of other customers which was a humiliating experience for me.

So I walked to the post office on North Approach instead where I was able to purchase £150 worth of vouchers using my card which did not decline.

If I had the chance I wouldn’t give a star. I had a very bad experience. Black people please shop elsewhere, save yourselves the heartache and shop somewhere that won’t discriminate against you

Really nice little shop that sells a wide variety of food items and drinks. They even have a little post office inside which is really convenient! The staff here also very friendly and helpful! This place deserves a full 5 stars!

Staff seem to have an attitude problem with those of black origin...

Said hello twice, second time more loudly and clearly... no response. Yet still, the prior, Asian customer received lots of smiles and chatter. Not the first time noticing this issue, but will certainly be my last time shopping in there, despite it being my local.

This is my first choice of three local stores, can always have a laugh with the wonderful staff and management, a real community driven store and post office.
