This shop has drastically gone downhill since the new owners have taken over. I used to buy fresh French bread every Saturday/ Sunday lunchtime to take to my elderly mother. Now when I go in at these times it’s often rock hard & definitely not fresh. When queried when the bread was baked the rude woman behind the till claimed she baked it every morning & by lunchtime the shop is cold so the bread goes hard!! Her customer service is appalling and this shop isn’t what it used to be. Be careful that they don’t overcharge you on things as well- I’m going elsewhere from now on!

There are two Asian gentlemen one called Timor I think, whom frequently say my parcle isn't there but when I visit in the morning when the lady who used to work for Sainsbury’s or the tall blond lady are there my parcels are there, these two gentlemen are also, abrupt, rude and very unhelpful, where the lady's are polite, kind ,caring and very efficient at there job, the lady from Sainsburys always hies the extra mile, and know where each persons parcels are, as well as every item in the shop, she's able to gadgets the correct way each person needs help or how to talk to people, why do you employ, Ryde people, I Give 10 starts to the Sainsbury’s lady, 4 ti the other lady and 0 start to the two men, oh and by the was my husband is Asian so I'm not being rude about people's ethnicity.

NEVER buy COOP bandy! For the extra couple quid it's worth springing for the E&J... I was told outright "well you should of thought of that before buying coop brandy"...
Waste of £8 ! All I wanted was a nice hot toddy and a couple hours to get over this weather change! 😩

There is one red-haired cashier that is VERY rude to me whenever I go in!
Plus, I got some fish fingers, I had them in my fridge for two days, I cooked them, and found out that THEY HAD GONE MOULDY GREEN ON THE INSIDE!! Never buying food from here EVER AGAIN!! 🤢

A horrible shop attendant. Frustrated human being. It’s seems she is fine with local English people. Maybe was my accent what put her off. Very defensive and looking to make your day horrible just because … I am sure I am not the only one who thinks this , seen other reviews.

I went there to return the Amazon product. This is just on side of road. They have all the parcel service like return, postal, courier etc. This is a in store shopping place. You will get almost all the daily needs item here. They collected my return item and gave me receipt.
