Deserve 0 Stars. Sent the wrong item
I bought a £20 mug as a small thank you gift, sent directly through Amazon to my friend who is blind and lives alone. He also lives 10 miles to the nearest post office.
After explaining this to them they insisted the item be returned. I would the receive a refund and would need to reorder the item again.
What an awful company. Their mistake and they didn’t do the right thing. Looking at the other reviews this is one to AVOID!!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

If there was an option of 0 starts that would be what I would chose for this company, I have had a terrible experience when ordering items advertised by this company which were not actually in stock, they did a drop shipment via Amazon and the items never arrived with me.

I contacted customer service and their attitude was very disappointing to say the least! I’m so glad that the way I paid for the items covered me otherwise I would have not got a refund.

Only wish that I had read the Google Reviews before placing the order with this company because I would have not used them and would not have had the hassle and stress caused by this company’s customer service.

Shocking Experience Would Not Use Ever Again !!!

I'm currently make deliveries for the staff here are absolutely fantastic very polite very respectful and very helpful this place has a wide range of products on its website which I would recommend you definitely have to from small things as a small gift great things that put a smile on somebody's face I would definitely recommend this business for your purchasing needs

Ordered a large tin of Quality Street via Amazon and received a tin 17 months out of date with mould on the inside. There was a no return policy with this item and when we informed them they denied they were theirs and wouldn’t refund the cost. Suggest no one should buy from this company again. Now to go through Amazon and Trading Standards.

Ordered a teddy bear for my new born grandson and it arrived missing a foot! Returned as requested and they say it must of been damaged after delivery which isn’t true! After 1 month still no resolution. Their customer service is terrible! I’d avoid if that’s their standards SHOCKING

Received my 750 g. jar of pickled onions today in upstate New York, USA. I want to remark on your packing of what to me was a special treat. I have NEVER had anything, no matter what, packaged so well. Crumbled up newspaper was excellent, then a cardboard circle completely enclosing the jar, then some plastic bubble wrap, and all of this in a study cardboard shipping box. Newspaper was dated just July 25 and here we are its only August 7. I actually will enjoy reading it!

Twenty three dollars and ninety six cents for two chocolate bars, not even good sized. Shipping was free-so what the hell cost so much-at Christmas? I typically have good feelings for the Brits, but coal in your stocking this year! Will never recommend your company.
