The plaque arrived very quickly... just a few days...and was really well packaged with bubble wrap as well as cardboard so that it was safe in transit.

Upon opening it I was so pleased at the balance of the wording in relation to the size of the piece. It's a memorial plaque for a garden bench for my husband...and it's sitting there now in the garden he loved so much.

The quality is great and a lovely way to think of my dear late husband. Thank you for your care and attention to detail... it is splendid!

I recently ordered an engraved sterling silver keyring to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Luckily I chose to have the keyring gift wrapped.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
I bought an engraved vase for a colleagues retirement gift
DPD left it on my doorstep, lied on the delivery note and said they handed it to me which they didn’t, parcel not received.
Have sent many emails asking for a refund, nothing, even with consumer rights on my side. Had to purchase another gift, not happy ! Cust service and customer care from this company absolutely shocking, well there isn’t any esp if you are dealing with Marc Skipper..

I ordered the Silver Leaf Vase for my parents Silver Anniversary. Its high quality and absolutely beautiful. The first one arrived with a crack in it from transit but Marc had a replacement sent out within half hour of me emailing and it arrived the day after.. I cannot express how good and quick this company are! I needed to order a personalised clock quickly. I emailed late one evening, asking how long after ordering it would be dispatched. I received a reply that night, I ordered the next morning and within 24hrs, it had been personalised and delivered. The packing was spot on, no way was that going to get damaged in transit and the clock was so much nicer that it looked online.

Ordered yesterday afternoon and it arrived this morning so I'm delighted with that! The box has a little damage to it however the wallet is perfectly fine, in fact I couldn't be happier. It's lovely leather, the quality is very high, the engraving looks great and the wallet has all of the must haves that were on the list, it is nothing short of perfect!

I'm always dubious ordering online but on this occasion I needn't have been. I did call them to make sure that I had written capital letters for the engraving and customer service has been very good.

I would absolutely recommend this company and I will use again.
