Fantastic breakfast and tea as always (vegan options as well!) at the cafe.

Great range of fresh produce available , along with lots of other useful items. Outside is a good nursery , with good variety of plants at very fair prices. Plus a good tea room , inside and outdoors seating , do not miss it, it’s a real destination stop. And did I say the staff too are very friendly and helpful?
Update : visited again in feb 2024. Still
As good , wonderful cafe , great farm shop and nursery as good if not even better. Great place!

Sadly got here in time to have a drink in the cafe and they told us they were closing early due to lack of customers.
My mum has dementia so she got very confused by this.

We did buy lovely food and drink from the shop and sat outside with it.
Plants are always well cared for and a great price

It’s like they found all the loveliest people and asked them to work at Savages! Just a joy to visit. Owned by beautiful souls (Savage family), and managed by Jack (best manager ever). Sell everything from balloons to beer, they have the best florist ever and quality fruit and veg. Deserve ten stars!

We would absolutely recommend Savages in Blewbury for wedding flowers! We worked with the amazing florist, Ali, who put together our beautiful bouquets, button holes, reception and church flowers. We were so so pleased with how they looked on the day, and had lots of compliments from family and friends. Ali was so lovely to work with too, and flexible and understanding of our last-minute changes due to Covid! Thank you, A&A

Had breakfast in the cafe
It started bad and got worse as it progressed
Coffee arrived before the breakfast although I requested it at the same time , not a major problem but the rest was!
Sausage was hard , mushrooms all four tiny bits of black I barely recognised as mushrooms, half a tomato was three cherry tomatoes, again not a massive issue but the fried egg(?) hash brown and toast were solid
I then realised why I had a steak knife and fork for my breakfast!
The person behind the counter was more interested in her phone/computer when I
tried to explain the problem
The sausage and hash brown were eventually replaced after some wait but unfortunately with the same result
Very disappointing!
