Very annoyed… dhl delivered my parcel to their store which I never requested, i never received a collection barcode from dhl so i went to the shop to see if i could collect it using my id, staff refused this saying i needed id for it, then they marked it as collected anyway and signed for it in someone elses name… even though I obviously NEVER COLLECTED IT, and dhl never sent me my barcode, this was an expensive item and i am extremely upset with both dhl and this store i am curious if anyone else had this same horrid experience with this store with regards to dhl collections ://

The one useful thing about a shop that sells nothing but processed fake-food items is that it’s open late on Sundays, but this place isn’t even open then. It’s completely useless.

Be careful buying ice cream from here - Haagen dazs was crystallised (this means a bad texture / taste & happens when staff melt & re-freeze it). Straight in bin- Lost £5.99

They advertise that they do inpost parcels but when you go there they say they don’t.

Sole purpose of a shop that primarily sells nothing (sugary processed nonsense with no basics) is that it’s at least open 24/7 or failing that until midnight. Nope not here. They sell nothing & are almost always closed.

During opening hours there’s almost always a “closed - back in 5 minutes” sign outside.

Horrible horrible horrible service. We’ve been told by Amazon to go there to return the order. The customer service in the shop refused to take it, who just simply said they don’t do return anymore despite me showing the QR code given by Amazon showing their shop’s name. Highly recommend Amazon etc to cut off all the business with this shop as this shop obviously can’t serve the customer as per Amazon’s standard

Awful and rude customer service. Went to return a package using collect plus and the man serving me was completely incompetent and extremely rude. Whilst they are the ones whom offer the collect plus service, he seemed almost annoyed that i had brought my packages with me to return. When one of the packages wouldn't scan properly he was utterly unhelpful and very rude when i politely suggested to him try and type in the code instead. Would strongly recommend not going here.

Good range of products, friendly staff.

Particularly love their cold soft drink section! Every flavour of fanta you could possibly want. Including grape, fruit punch, strawberry, blueberry to name a few. Even a vanilla Dr Pepper.

Stocks a great variety of groceries and alcohol, although you will be paying convenience store prices for things you can get much cheaper at your nearest supermarket. Electricity and Gas can also be topped up here as well as bills can be paid.
