I have been doing shopping in charity shops for years and always staff are very nice and friendly but not in this shop!!!
Manager was so rude and ignorant. One of the lady who was serving me was the was shop assistant i have ever dealt in my life (I am not young)
I had impression that she was there as it was ger punishment.
I will never go to this shop again.

I really have to say, since the new manager Nick has been in the shop, there is a massive difference. The shop looks so nice, bright and welcoming. The window display looks good and the special offer rails have some great bargains on them. Nick himself is always very happy, friendly and helpful and has gone out of his way at times to satisfy us, the customer. I enjoy coming into Scope Acton, even the music has your foot tapping whilst you shop. All in all, the vast improvement has been noticed ... Well done Nick and your team...

As I passed in front of Scope in Acton I couldn’t help but noticing the beautiful shop window and decorations. I entered and the interior looks very spacious and organised. The new management has done an awesome job, the manager Nick is very friendly. Keep up the good work!

The shop looks very tidy and organised. The change of management had a good effect. Staff was very helpful. Good selection of second hand items! The new manager ( Nick) personally greeted us and helped us find what we wanted.

The staff are very rude, they will not inform you of the time of closing, they will leave you shopping but when you want to try the clothes on, they will inform you that they will have to close, it will be much better if they informed the people 10mins before. She also told me that I can try the clothes but at 5pm excatly, she will have to close and go home even if someone left inside the shop. That was very rude and unprofessional. It was 4:57pm and no one knew the shop will close at 5pm.
