Extremely disappointed with the service. Despite multiple attempts to obtain the wedding film, it has not been delivered. Communication has been lacking, and the final product is still missing and it’s been 5 years. Would not recommend based on my experience.

Edit: the USBs came with unfinished work and a 20 second trailer. We had no communication from this team for months and months. Literally don’t even bother paying for their services

So, I’m currently having bother getting any communication back from Rewind. It’s nearly been a year since our wedding but we haven’t received our Photos (received a random couples pictures which is no use to us) and received a draft of our wedding video. We paid thousands for a service, of videography and photography. A timeframe of 9 months has been given and we have been generous with waiting extra time for responses, I hate to do this but unfortunately I’ve had no response from email, phone or social media direct messaging for over 2 months+.

I understand you’re probably very very busy, but all we ask is for a response when chasing for what we paid for. The draft revisions were very close to being complete and we require access to the photos but loss of communication meant that we are still waiting.

Edit: it’s been another month, we received one set of photos (Mehndi) but still awaiting on our wedding photos, it’s coming up to our Wedding Anniversary and still no sign unfortunately. It’s such a shame and disappointing result, as we wanted to use our Wedding Photos for Anniversary and I’m upset that we are unable to do so, I feel like I have been scammed. I have tried messaging, emailing and phoning but unfortunately no sign of response or communication. Just a response would be appreciated and a follow through after the response if there is one.

We did eventually receive our photos and video, although it took weeks and weeks if not months of hassling. Although no mention of the USB stick etc we paid for, but what can you do, eh.

From the initial booking all the way to the final edit, Rewind Memories have been a pleasure to work with.

I booked Rewind Memories for 3 of my occasions in Summer 2023: Mehendi , Wedding and Civil Ceremony.

Communication was really easy. Reasonable advanced deposit was paid through a formal website.

The team were always on time. Rasel was brilliant. The instructions he gave to get the perfect shot/s really exposed his professional experience and passion for the job. All 3 events were captured beautifully. Not only did Rasel and his team complete their job to the best standard, Rasel also went above and beyond by really getting to know the family. He was super friendly, respectable and had a great sense of humour.

Once all of my events had finished, I had a teaser released within 7 days. Rewind Memories was transparent with timeframes for the release of the photos and cinematography. I was told the photos would be available in 1 month, and the film in 6 months. They did not disappoint, photos were available in 3 weeks and the film was ready in less than 3 months (trailer available before this, and draft edited and returned). Once we were happy with everything, Rewind Memories sent all the photos/film in the form of USB’s via post.

Rewind Memories really made things easy for us and we really hope we will cross paths again. I wish them every success.

Rewind Memories is our go to Photography company and we have used them for family weddings since 2018. Raz first covered my sisters wedding back in 2018 and he did such an amazing job that I could not think to go with anyone else when it came to my own wedding, and in fact extended family have also done the same. Raz is such a down to earth person and really easy to work with and he is pretty much like family now as he has covered 5 family weddings! He can even coordinate your wedding event for you and the best thing is he is very friendly and approachable. He really knows how to capture the right moments and your right angles.

Sadly Rashal from Rewind Memories will only get 1 star from us. He has not completed the work and not provided the complete work since his team worked for our function back in Nov 2021. 14 months later we are still waiting for our final trailer. despite of several hundreds of reminders he has failed to deliver. They insist on paying in advance of function and not deliver what they promise. Extremely disappointed. we will never hire or recommend them to anyone else. Its been so long that I even had to remind myself their name to leave this review.

Well what can I say since my wedding day I've had about 5 new cousins and nieces been born in my family. It came so late I forgot who the guy was and how he actually looked like even though he was in front of my face the whole damn day. It's called rewind memories well if I could "rewind" time id pick another photography company. The camera men were rude and controlling, they were a bit clueless in all honesty. The song choices were an atrocity, songs changing from Indian to nasheeds quicker than the British weather. Overall would not recommend

One of the best things I'll always remember about my wedding is Rewind memories. I am so happy that I went with my heart, and picked them for my wedding photography. They made me feel very comfortable and now that my photos are back, I can't help but look at them everyday!
