Fabulous place to pick that esoteric grain, baking components or luscious loaves of bread. Extra friendly staff that really knows their products. Can't go wrong stopping in here. Sadly let down by A World if Difference, having placed an order, I heard nothing for over a week and so I chased them, still no response and no phone number listed on their website and so I opened up a PayPal claim. They refunded but no communication at all, some kind of explanation or apology would have gone a long way.

I checked on line to make sure the shop was open before setting off on a 25 minute drive. Shop closed when I arrived ! I could not wait for over an hour for it to supposedly open again. Very off putting and the note on the door to say sorry did not help....!
