ABC offer an amazing service, high quality products and prints. They were very helpful and understanding, quoting me all the options and combinations which could be tailored to my budget. Very patient and guided me through the whole process helping me avoid mistakes I would have not spotted myself. I have used ABC since 2018 for leavers hoodies. We have always received a brilliant service and top quality hoodies up until now. Unfortunately this year they have provided a much cheaper hoodie, at the same mid to expensive price.

The majority of the class had lots of stitching coming undone within the first few days of wear. There was was puckered and piled up stitching in a number of seams, loads of loose threads etc, this would have been very noticeable, but they still continued to embroider and print on them and then provide them to us.

The material is already bobbly even though my hoody has only been washed 3 times!

I'm so disappointed, as are a lot of the other parents. ABC said if we returned them they would return them to manufacturer for inspection and perhaps replacement, but this could take up to two weeks and unfortunately the kids didnt want to part with them as they really want to wear them for their residential trip and there was no guarantee they would be returned to us or replaced in time.

The quality is so much poorer than previous years standards yet they were still the same price. Maybe it's just that loyalty isn't rewarded, but I will be looking elsewhere next time and not making this mistake again.

I would have expected a discount on these poor quality hoodies, given the problems, but sadly this was not forthcoming.

My daughters leavers jumper was ordered through this company, the school had ordered previous years but I'm led to believe this year they have used new suppliers.....this unfortunately has resulted in the jumpers being very poor quality. Bobbling after a couple of wears, numerous loose threads and poor quality stitching on the cuffs. Others within the school group have also had stitching coming undone. I feel the company could have done more when the issues were reported. I wouldn't recommend this company unless they change supplier and look at resolving issues in less than 2 weeks as that's unreasonable when leavers jumpers are worn for such a short time.....probably a good job with the state of these ones!!

ABC are amazing. So helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Very easy to deal with helpful and prepared to go the extra mile for customers.
We love all our Dance Studio 1 printed uniform and will keep coming back for more.
