The most amazing person, really kind and friendly. We arrived unannounced following a car part breaking whilst we were driving down the A303. Across Town and Country ltd was the closest and so easy to get too. Despite not being a mechanic and specialising in machinery repairs and ground works, Scott was more than happy to help and fixed our car so we could continue our journey. His years of experience is a credit to him and his business because I don’t think there is any challenge he wouldn’t be able to take on. Couldn’t recommend more, a genuine, hard working person. Thank you!!

I have had my petrol lawnmower for many years. It broke down last week, Simon and his company were suggest to me. I would highly recommend simon. Honest, reliable and efficient service from Simon, restoring my faith in local garden machinery repair, service and maintenance engineers!

My Toro TimeMaster was fully serviced and back with me at work within 24 hours which is just simply astonishing! Simon had also taken the time to clean it down and also grease all metal comments - I have never known a service like it to be honest.

I’d previously had my tools serviced at at another local repair and maintenance site; when I returned to collect my lawnmower, Simon had pointed out they’d previously supplied me with a significantly poorer and smaller air filter, and had butchered it so as to make fit!

As an independent gardener, I shall be using Simon’s services for all my work tools moving forward.

I could go on, but in short his work is meticulous and his knowledge of everything mechanical is second to none.

You honestly won’t find better!

Brilliant service and clearly experts in what they do, I would thoroughly recommend Across Town and Country for any garden machinery needs. I took my lawn mower as it wasn't starting and Simon fixed it in no time at all and gave it a thorough check over afterwards. Great experience.

Amazing service can’t recommend this company enough! I’m a tree surgeon and my wood-chipper had a problem that had us held up for nearly a week, several fitters couldn’t diagnose the issue but with Simon’s knowledge and experience we managed to locate the fault and get it back on the road! Massive thank you I won’t hesitate to use this company again 🙏
