Once again, I am impressed by the service at AJ Party Decorations Ipswich, Adam lisented to exactly what I had asked for and he didn't fail to deliver. All of the hens were very impressed and the Bride to be herself was thrilled that the balloon and selfie board matched her wedding theme colors. Thanks again Adam for all of your help and great communication and service. I would recommend Adam for anyone wanting to make their big occasions that much more personal and special.

Really disappointed with the unprofessionalism of Adam at AJ party Decorations. I placed an order 2 days before an event ( very late I know ) I was clear on details and sent over a colour image for ref. Adam accepted the job and didn’t raise any concerns over the colours or job it’s self, in fact he was very accommodating. I paid £200 for the order and asked for a photo of the green colour to which Adam quickly sent back a photo of the nearly finished order, the green was completely different and not ok for us to use considering this was for a business event and had to be brand colours. I understand the company may not have had the exact colour but to use something different without even checking is not how things should be done. To avoid cancelling this order I requested the green be replaced with cream which he was already using, meaning the company kept the £200 and I would have been a happy customer. Adam didn’t try to rectify this and sent a refund back, cancelling the job 24 hours before and leaving us without balloons for the event. I won’t be recommending this company or using them again for other business events coming up. Totally unprofessional response to a problem that could have been resolved. Extra star as generosity considering my request was so late!
