Took some garden waste ( rose bushes etc) and a member of the team helped me unload it into the skip to which I was very grateful. He was polite, took his time to do the job safely and in a clean way, thank you

A good tip with enough options to be able to dispose of most common items. Slightly inconvenient having to carry heavy items up stairs to the bins, but that’s just how it is! Also annoying if you go and get stuck whilst they’re swapping over skips as it takes a while. But again, if they don’t do it, you can’t throw your stuff away! All in all, a well run site 👍

Not the best designed recycling site, especially when compared to bluntisham. Nearly all the skips have to be accessed by stairs which when carrying rubbish is awkward and hazardous, there is limited parking space, cars were queuing onto the main road.

I have visited this recycling centre several times and two staff members stand out for commendation: Stuart and Harry. They are examples of truly excellent British service, which is sadly absent from much of our experience these days. They are courteous and helpful and, uniquely among so many in our public and private services, they know how to smile and to look at customers in the face.

I don't know anything about their manager(s) but I would strongly recommend that they (that is, their manager(s) ) make every effort to support them, to communicate frequently with them and to use them as examples to help other employees to aspire towards.

Well done, Stuart and Harry!

Have to say a special thank you to Ayjay for his outstanding help. I was unloading my car and Ayjay came to my help. He took the heavy wood up the stairs for me. Carried the plaster board rubble and even helped me clean up the inside of my boot when a bag split! How is that for service 'above and beyond'? The site is always clean and tidy and to be honest who ever is around all the staff are helpful. During the booking period they were awesome! Thank you to all .
