I ordered a personalised wine glass which hadn’t arrived after one week I telephoned them and they sent a replacement express next day delivery which did not arrive it arrived the day after and when I opened it , I should have a golf club clip art above the name and it was not there so it was a very poor experience with this company I won’t be ordering off them again !!!!!

Very pleased with the service I have received from ATP. Even to the point that small pencil drawing I sent was able (with a little artistic licence) to be engraved on the glasses as well as the text. I purposely ordered early, but did not have to worry as the turnaround time was very quick. Although two of the set were damaged, a phone call has sorted the situation and all is good. The chap I dealt with was extremely helpful and the glassware is spot on and I'm looking forward to giving to the members of the team the event is being held for. I do highly recommend this company.

Horrible management

Worked with this company as a drop shipper and got to know Jamie, James & Andrew well!

They don’t understand that small businesses have money problems, they don’t care about helping you (or supplying you with good products), they just care about taking your money

Most of the time their stuff is out of stock, been discontinued, hard to find on their site or duplicated on their site, or straight up not very good!

They were suppose to send products to my customers with blank packaging, which they never did; half the time the order was missing & got broken in transit & I had to call them to replace!

I bought an engraved wine glass. Delivery was fast and ordering was easy. The glass and engraving are great. The only thing I will say is that I wanted a proper sized red wine glass and I was disappointed with the size when it arrived, but that's my fault for not checking the size before ordering. I just assumed it would be bigger.
