Allinson Print

Thanks to Allison's prints for their wonderful service . I ordered some flyers and posters for a charity fun day and they gave me an amazing deal and turned the print time round within 24 hours. They were so attentive and polite. Could reccomend them any more !!!!!!!

Went into store to ask personally if they would do a voucher for a familbers xmas present. Explained that we specifically wanted an hours meeting with a designer to create a unique logo for a new business and that the logo would need to be emailed in a format that would allow the recipient to use it whenever they were ready. Was told that this was no problem and so we purchased the voucher, only for us to have to contact them twice because we never actually received it in the post as promised and ended up having to collect the voucher ourselves days before they closed for Christmas. This red flag should have been enough to put us off, however with things slowing down for christmad we didn't create too much of a fuss. When the recipient tried to email to arrange the meeting as she was instructed, she recieved no repsonse, after a further two emails again with no response, she called them and was told that someone would get back her to arrange said meeting, a week later having heard nothing she called again and was told the same thing, another week later she sent an email and yet again received no repsonse so called me to explain what was happening. As the customer who purchased the voucher I called the company and explained the situation and they apologised and said they would call my family member directly as soon as our phone call had ended to arrange a meeting. Again this never happened and after waiting a further 24 hours I decided to call again, on this occasssion a meeting was actually scheduled. When family member drove from our of area to attend the meeting, she did not get the meeting of an hour that we had paid for, she got 10 minutes where they asked what type of business it was but nothing else, didn't ask what kind of design she wanted and was told that they would have something on file that would be suitable and that they would be intouch. When I next saw my family member and asked how the meeting went, she explained what had happnded and that she hadnt had any correspondence from this company and it was nearly 2 weeks after her appointment. At this stage i rang and spoke to the managing director on the phone and explained that we had not recieved anything like what we paid for and that the quality of customer service was diabolical and requested a full refund, which was agreed and we went back into the office to collect. Over all very very disapointed and would not recommend wasting your time with this company because they have no respect for your time or money.
