I'm not sure why it has been reviewed so low. I had a lovely experience here. I heard the woman who was there when I went in saying she only worked some days, so probably wasn't the same one that people are calling obnoxious and rude. There is a lovely selection of arts and crafts, and gifts. I bought several items from the shop, and I thought it was a lovely little shop, with a wide selection of things to choose from. The woman who serves me was very friendly and helpful, but I don't know what the owner is like when talking to customers.

Amazing shop full of lots of things. Greetings cards, haberdashery, Art materials, wool, jewellery, children's toys, cake decorations, stationery and so much more. Great shop.

The shop itself is lovely however, the owner on the other hand is not. Very rude, patronising and completely arrogant. My boyfriend and I went into the shop to buy some party stuff and it is safe to say we felt intimidated and very uncomfortable throughout the whole time we were there. She shouted through to us at one point, despite us only looking at cards and continued to constantly follow us round and keep checking on us. She then accused my boyfriend of breaking a packaging on a banner even though she was aware that we were buying it anyways. For the amount of money we spent in there her customer service was vile. Wouldn’t give the shop one star, although unfortunately I have too.

Never met any body so rude and disgusting as the owner!!! She constantly slags off her customers and the other businesses in town, and is rude and obnoxious too. Absolutely vile. And if that is not bad enough, the things on sale are not only bad quality but soooo over priced. Avoid avoid avoid like the plague!!!! X

This shop has so much to choose from. Have bought lots of little bits and pieces as well as nice presents in here. Shop staff always very helpful and friendly!!

Completely disagree with earlier poor review. I've found the owner and other staff to be amazingly helpful and friendly. A real treasure trove of a shop for adults and children alike.

The owner of this shop should really learn the art of customer service and satisfaction. She has the most rude and obnoxious manner and I will not be returning again. I hope she goes bankrupt, she deserves to.
