What a lovely place. First visit here. Coffee & snack was delicious & the surroundings were beautiful. Look forward to going back later in the spring to see the gardens & bluebells Very dog friendly too

We went to see the illuminated trail on the Saturday after Christmas. It was absolutely wonderful and worth the trip. Amazing display of lights and good food and drinks options as well. Enjoyed the marshmallows roasting experience. The musical fountain with water and fire was amazing.

It is a popular place for weddings and meetings. The entrance is really nice so it is the house, so large. We didn't visit the gardens but the bakehouse and we enjoyed it very much. There were so many people around with suitcases, taxis, people walking around with and without dogs and a very friendly atmosphere even though the day wasn't great. We were surprised with this visit.

This is a lovely old building, in fabulous grounds. Lots of walking paths. They often do art walks in the gardens. The cafe is well worth a visit, with lots of gluten free options too.

Always took the kids to Ashridge but never went to the house and we have been there several times recently and what a beautiful place on our door step and not too far. Looking forward to spending more time there in the summer and meeting with the family to show them the beautiful gardens and history.

We went for the Christmas lights. It was enjoyable but a lengthy walk. We took an elderly relative and once you'd committed to the walk, there was no turning back, signposted shortcuts or getting help. It took an hour to walk round. We were expecting to hear some carols, but there weren't any. The light displays were lovely, but the displays could have had more variety. Perhaps more projected moving images onto the buildings and trees. It would be great to be able to take a slow ride round the display.

We went for the Christmas festival of lights which was an excellent event. Beautifully lit, well choreographed music, lovely stalls, parking was easy and close by. Such a well organised event!

Such a great time at xmas illuminations. The food "village" was great. Lots of different options nothing sweet and savory. Was so impressed with the light show. We took a 7 year old and he loved it. The music was great all the way around. Highly recommended.
