Bouncy castle was supplied extremely wet. The 2 men arrived and installed our children's bouncy castle at our indoor venue. They then left and we realised it was dripping wet after my son went on it and then got very wet. It took 5 adults and lots of towels for us to dry it which meant we couldn't use it for the first part of our 2 hour session. When the men arrived back to collect it we complained and recieved a very half hearted apology. They then claimed it wasn't wet - we had dried it so that was obvious. We contacted the company following the incident and they again said the unit wasn't wet. Of course it wasn't wet anymore as we spent half an hour drying it. No proper apology and no mention of any refund. It cost us £85 for 2 hours and the children were only able to use it for 1 hour. I would advice avoiding this company. Very poor customer service

We had a big family 'festival' and decided we would book a bouncy castle for children and adults (for when the kids had gone home). What a choice! There are castles for any pocket and more than just castles too. The website is well worth a look. They came on the morning of the event and set everything up, no problems. We paid a little more so that they would pick it up the following day. Again, the guy came and dismantled everything and loaded it all in his van in no time at all. What a professional company. Go on, givevtheir website a look, you won't be disappointed. We will definitely use them again.

Great website which shows availability, space required for the castle once inflated, very clear pricing and easy booking. I've used available castles several times and the staff are friendly and always send a text the evening before to let you know an approximate time for drop off.
