Wow, what can I say!!!
Louise's thoughtful approach and attention to detail truly made our special day uniquely ours. From the moment we met her, she took the time to understand our vision and her creativity and professionalism made our dream wedding a reality. Louise added the personal touch and told me what things would and wouldn't go and was on par every time. We cannot thank you enough Louise for turning a lovely venue into a dream one.

I am sooo happy to leave a review on Louise and Balloon Dreams, she was literally delightful to deal with all the way through! When I initially called, I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted but had an idea and as there was no website specifically to browse through, I hadn't looked beforehand. However Louise's FB page is great and having looked there, I called back with more of an idea and then she kindly navigated me through several options and recommendations that would be effective and efficient. The turnaround time was brilliant, I called on the Saturday needing them for the Tuesday, when I got there to pick them up, she brought them to my car! And they were beautiful, my mom loves them - because they're STILL up from the 9th March! Would definitely, definitely recommend and would use again. The only thing that I was a bit disappointed with was the extra bunting I bought, it was beautiful (and incidentally that's still up too lol) but the box said 3m when it was just over 1m at best, with the rest being made up of string... Wasn't happy about that. But that's not Louise's fault, just a call out if you're going to get any! 🙂

If I could leave 0 star, I would.
Imagine your daughters 13 is coming up and you’ve only just found a number to get balloons within 24 hours, which was the first thing I explained to the rude woman on the phone and she refused to help, being quite patronising and disrespectful. She asked what was last minute I told her then she told me I needed to book a week in advance. Well if I could’ve done that I would’ve - so why ask? She then persisted to tell me I hadn’t got a car after I told her my car was in the garage but I could STILL get up there, so best I leave it, go somewhere else as she refused to help even after I asked what she could do today - she told me she could do simple balloons - then went back on her offer. After that she told me she had a customer and although I was still talking, hung the phone up on me. We have so many birthdays and events within the family coming up and I wouldn’t spit on her doorstep. Rude and ridiculous. Get some customer service training as you desperately need it! I’ll be spreading the word. The response underneath is pretty much what I expected… means nothing, but please be careful what you say about me caring about my daughters’s birthday - you know no one’s situation, or circumstances.
But I found someone who was willing to help and appreciated the last minute business. Toodles 👍🏾.

I have used these guys for years; i have even used them for both my mother and fathers funerals believe it or not as i wanted something to celebrate their lives rather than the usual flowers. Louise and her daughter listen to everything that you tell them about your loved ones and and both centre pieces they produced did my parents proud reflecting both of their personalities in their designs.
Give them a go you; especially if you want something different, i am sure you will not be disappointed

Purchased a balloon for my sons birthday and by the time it was taken to the party hall it had already defeated. Unfortunately the hall had thrown the balloon away , when explained to Louise she wouldn’t even provide a credit note! We have been going there for years. Over Poxy £10 she lost long term ROI. Not even an apology! My business will be valued elsewhere.

We had our engagement party Saturday at wolverhampton wanderers Molineux Stadium and wow the decorations were just beautiful, from our balloon arch to decorate a flower wall we hired to the tables, cake table and even by the DJ. Ordering, delivery and set up was amazing Louise took charge and made sure everything was how it should be so I didn’t even have to be there or even stress. Can not recommend them enough I will definitely be going back for my wedding.
