I initially had a positive impression of this company, as they were very attentive and responsive during my initial inquiries. However, my experience quickly turned disappointing. I specifically requested a bouquet identical to the one shown in their picture, but what was delivered was not even close to what I had ordered.

To make matters worse, I was asked if I had a preferred delivery time, and I requested 4 PM. Despite this, the bouquet was not even dispatched until I messaged the company at 5 PM to inquire about the delivery status. Only then did they send out their driver.

When I reached out to them to address the issues—the late delivery and the bouquet not matching my order—I received no response at all. The lack of accountability and communication is truly frustrating and unprofessional. I am extremely disappointed with their service and would hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I ordered hajj Mubarak balloons through Instagram. Balloons looked amazing and service was great. Lady at the front, also made me a custom gift box last minute which I was so grateful for. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

My balloon from here only lasted about a week which was very disappointing as it started to deflate there was no hole nor had anyone poked it. I found them highly over priced in general and when I contacted them they offered to redo my balloon with a £15 extra charge!!
