Was looking for some decorations for our children's dedication to go alongside the cake table. Wanted something to add that 'wow factor' and BalloonFetti Creations did just that. Found her on Instagram and was a little dubious as I hadn't personally brought from her before. However I need not have worried Isobel was reassuring and professional she understood what I was trying to achieve and got it straight away. I have to say from start to finish we had fantastic customer service from Balloonfetti creations and that Isobel was commendable for both her enthusiasm and willingness to help us choose the perfect balloon display for the gender reveal . Priced reasonably and delivered as promised covered so as not to give the surprise away. Definitely will be using them again and would highly recommend for any special occasions.

I cannot recommend Balloonfetti highly enough. Isobel was extremely helpful, efficient and courteous. The balloon display we received for our daughter's birthday was phenomenal, and her guests loved the display. The balloons arrived on time (Isobel even text me to inform me where the previous delivery was happening, so we knew when our delivery was arriving). Michael assembled our balloon display. He was polite, friendly, and quickly assembled the balloons.

We would like to thank you both for helping to make our daughter's birthday a special day none of us will forget. We will be using Balloonfetti again in the very near future.

The balloons were stunning and delivered on time.

I had a similar experience to another review where I was let down by Balloonfetti. I also made an enquiry about some balloons for a party and was told they would be delighted to do them and asked what I wanted. I believed this meant I had found somebody to do the balloons but when I contacted them with my choices I was told they were fully booked for that day. I felt totally let down and surprised by this. When I questioned it I had a similar response that they had taken it as an enquiry only and felt I had not got back to them quickly enough and that she was very busy looking after her 3 children and just couldn’t fit it in. Just wish they had sent me a quick email to check. We all have busy lives but it’s sad when we don’t care enough about the impact our actions have on others. Anyway a lovely lady from Twinkle Twinkle little balloons has come to my rescue and shown me that some people do care and will go that extra mile! Can’t comment on the balloons obviously and other reviews look good but just be careful if using this company as they think nothing of letting you down.
