Shady parking scheme - no mention of "free hour" on the operators website, only PCNs. £1.50 minimum fee. Will actively avoid, which is a shame for businesses on the site

Basepoint is a great place to base your business. I have been a Basepoint customer for over five years starting with their virtual office service and they have been nothing but helpful throughout. The onsite coffee shop, nearby Charlton Lakes and ample parking are just some of the many great features of Basepoint.

By far the best feature of Basepoint is the helpful and professional centre team. Lucy, Ria and Roy are all incredibly helpful and passionate about making Basepoint a great place to do business. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a professional business that makes a great first impression to your customers/clients.

Terrible, mark and avoid if you're a business. Terrible management, nothing short of extortion of small business, issues never fixed, they will sky rocket your rent if you want to say. It's all very shady and underhand including if you want to leave and you put the unit back to better than when you signed for it you will still be charged ludicrous 'restoration fees'. Used to be a great bunch of businesses here, theres a reason the majority left.

I visit Jon the chiropractor here at YMYB in one of the units. It's seems like a good place to have a business. I've recently had reason to use their toilet facilities and they're clean and well looked-after.

One thing that can sometimes be an issue is the parking but it seems to be a bit better recently. Sometimes it is difficult to find a space though. So if you have a times appointment here, it may be advisable to include time for parking!

Great place to run a small business from and facilities are good too..

My only issue is the Toilet facilities, whilst I understand shared facilities are needed, I am not sure that providing Hot water to wash your hands with that is so hit you burn yourself, is a good thing..
well I suppose that it will kill all germs but melt your skin off at the same time...
yes there are warning signs but nothing will prepare you for the actual temp of the hot water...
