I ordered a calendar told me to pay £10.00 postage and get it and never came for the 4th of January then went to 6th of January now telling me the 8th of January not happy what’s so ever absolutely disgusting £28.00 £18.00 for the calendar £10.00 to get it for the day now it’s 2 days late will be 8 days late I want my refund

I have been using Beanprint for my business printing needs for around 6 years. I chose Beanprint because I didn't want to use one of the bigger companies.

Everything I have ordered has bene of high quality, the website is easy to use and the pricing is competitive. Turnaround is always fast

I had 2 experiences where I feel service has been outstanding:

1) I ordered some leaflets and I had made a mistake on the design. Now this was completely my fault and they would have been well within their rights to just print them as submitted, but they chose to let me know so I could put it right. I was able to put it right and my product was printed

2) Very recently I did my first product order for personal use; I chose to use Beanprint for orders of service for my Dad's funeral, I knew I could trust them with something important and sensitive. I was not disappointed; I left a note asking them to let me know if the photo on the sheet was not good enough quality so I could change it. Shortly after placing the order I got a phone call to discuss, they said it was a little dark, so I lightened the photo, and they then printed a sample sheet (again, they didn't have to do this) and even sent me a photo of it!

Thank you Beanprint.. Please never close because I don't want to have to use anyone else for my printing!

SCAMMERS!! Placed an order stated delivered but it wasn’t and I was on holiday and the customer service was disgraceful especially Nicole… the worst customer service ever!!! BEWARE
