Absolutely awful company to deal with. They don’t answer their telephone and tell you to email. Then a host of different characters may or may not reply days later with contradictory information and ignore whatever you asked. Prices seem plucked from the air and the staff clearly don’t talk to each other or have any idea what is going on in their own business. Avoid like the plague!

I can't post a review of Berkhamsted Self-Storage service as after visiting, agreeing #17 for RV and price we heard nothing. Called several times leaving messages but nothing. Apparently due to illness all business stopped. A better disaster/business management plan would be a suggestion.
£500 more expensive than the location we eventually used and they have no waste/water fill services.
