An amazing night at the Bradford Sports Award, the evening was made even better by the very professional organisation of the event by Lucy and her team at BeSure Events. From walking through the door being greeted by polite an courteous staff who knew exactly what they were doing and what was expected from them to being directed to our tables. The catering and waiting staff was exceptional, the venue at Life Church was amazing, the auditorium layout and sound system was fantastic. The event itself, hosted by Tanya Arnold, ran like clockwork and kept to time with no hiccups. I presented an award on the evening, I received instructions of what was expected from myself, where to "report" to, I noticed at this point how organised the team were ensuring people had arrived, and the awards were ready to be presented. Overall a truly amazing evening, huge round of applause to all at BeSure who were involved

Had the best time at Coniston hall spa with these girls from Be Sure Events! The time and effort they put into organising everything was incredible and they did it all with a smile! The most down to earth friendly event organisers I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. The small details and treats they added in that we didn’t even know we needed made the 24 hour trip away one of the best we’ve ever had. My first and only call from now on for event management! I am delighted to recommend BeSure Events to anyone who is considering using an events agency to organise and conduct their company event.
Our recent event required a celebration dinner, overnight accomodation and a full day symposium venue and resources for over 120 people. Throughout the planning stages, BeSure worked closely with us, to understand our event requirements, and to provided detailed information on the venues scoped and the costs for all our requests.
During the event, they provided full support to ensure the smooth running of the event and the comfort of our guests.
