We feel so incredibly lucky to have met Jane and asked her to co-ordinate our day as well as provide a Grazing table for the evening, supply all of our furniture, tablewear, props and details and even our confetti! We are sure that our wedding day would not have been the absolute joy it was without her and her team. The level of detail that Jane and her team go into in not only setting up but running the day, and everything in between is truly spectacular! Her knowledge of suppliers and the local industry is vast and her experience is second to none. We wanted a really personal, natural looking wedding, we were conscious of the environment and wanted to minimise waste and Jane went above and beyond to help us achieve the wedding of our dreams, with so many thoughtful suggestions and great ideas! No guest was ever without a drink in their hand, no part of the day was forgotten about and everything ran so smoothly, we were completely amazed at how Jane and her team transformed our venue into the beautiful setting it was! We had some bad weather and on the morning of the wedding our ceremony was moved inside very last minute and we actually think it was even better! Not only are Jane and her team fantastic at what they do but they are also really lovely, kind and genuine people. Jane provided on the day co-ordination and all of our furniture/decor/styling for our DIY wedding in Northumberland this year. She came highly recommended by a friend and she did not disappoint.
Let me start by saying EVERYONE that is planning a wedding needs a Jane. She was so approachable and easily accessible throughout the planning stages and we could trust her to give us her honest advice and was full of pearls of wisdom from her extensive experience in the wedding industry. Her organisation skills are next to none and she very casually and cool-y dealt with things that we hadn't even thought about! I really felt like she had my back throughout the whole process and kept us so calm on the lead up. She also took over all the co-ordination and liaised with all the suppliers on the lead up to and on the day itself. She very calmly dealt with any problems that arose - to the point that we weren't even aware of them until the next day! This took a huge weight off our shoulders and allowed us to fully enjoy our wedding day without worrying about anything.
We visited her warehouse (AKA Aladdin's cave) a couple of times to pick out all of our furniture and styling elements - it is full of beautiful/shabby chic/rustic furniture, ornaments, decorations, games, etc, etc (even drinks coolers, toilet baskets, glassware, cutlery and crockery!) and had everything that we needed for our day. This really allowed us to bring our vision to life perfectly. She shared possible ideas of how things could be set up, provided furniture for the full day for over 100 guests and set up and took down everything effortlessly. The quality of her items is excellent and we had multiple compliments on the style that we had gone for.
I cannot recommend this company enough. We are so grateful to Jane for everything! Honestly couldn't have done our day without her.

The best thing we can say about Jane, is that she made us feel safe from our first meeting to our millionth question the night before.

She was happy to take control of what we needed, collaborate and advise with a firmer hand when it was needed! (THANK GOD!)

She gave up so much of her time to get to know and understand us, make sure we were happy and ultimately we know that without her, our day would have been very different.

One of our favourite things from the day itself was how Jane brought our memories of family and loved ones to life in a thoughtful and fun way that everyone commented on.

Jane was amazing throughout the whole process. I organised my wedding last minute and Jane came to my rescue. Jane was so great at coming back to me either via email, phone or text. I wanted something for my table decoration and signs with stands and hiring seemed the best option. She has some great items to hire and she is so helpful!

Jane knew our vision and helped point out things in her warehouse that would be on theme. Words can't describe how glad I am that we booked Birdcages and Dragonflies to style our wedding. Jane is just the kindest, most attentive person and had some amazing ideas to make our wedding unique to us and fit in with both our personalities whilst keeping budget in mind. I'm absolutely useless when it comes to having any sort of vision, but Jane made the whole process so easy and smashed my idea of wedding styling out the park. We had multiple calls in the run up to the wedding and she was happy to add/remove/change ideas throughout, she made an effort to source items which she didn't already have (she also has a TON of styling items and there is literally something for everyone), added items on last minute, prepared signs for us and even helped to set up other bits which we had sourced ourselves on the day. My husband turned up earlier on the wedding morning to set some bits up and Jane had already been and set everything up for us! She even helped to straighten my dress and veil just before I walked down the aisle ❤ Absolute 10/10 service, thank you so much Jane for styling our wedding and just blowing any of our expectations out the water!

There are no words to describe how invaluable Jane was to making our wedding day the best day of our lives!!

We had our wedding at Hexham winter gardens. We originally hired all of the tables and chairs and some decorations from Jane for our big day.
We soon realised that the task of planning organising and coordinating the wedding was too big as asked Jane for her advice, which she gladly gave us giving up her time to help. We realised that Jane has such a vast knowledge of wedding planning, other vendors and in particular for us, our venue that we asked Jane if she would provide on the day co-ordination and it was the best decision we made during the planning process.

Jane is absolutely worth her weight in gold. We could not recommend her enough. She absolutely went above and beyond for us and we cannot thank her enough!
