After my experience with Bizzy Balloons this morning I can safely say they are the most caring balloon company out there. My order didn't arrive with dpd which was disappointing, I left a review late late last night, Dave saw this and re issued my balloons. They arrived with APC this morning at 8am!! Not quite sure how they got here that fast but I greatly greatly appreciate it. They are stunning balloons and really put a smile on my face this morning, so much so I ran outside in my underwear to get them when they were left by my gate (safe place) due to feeding my newborn baby I couldn't get to the door. Thankyou so much! We will definitely use you again in the future.

I ordered balloons to be delivered to my niece on Thursday 12th August Although there were some delivery issues, not the companies fault, but a problem with the courier, they were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Many thanks for the great service.

What a complete rip off. I received a balloon in a box for Mother’s Day, it was a standard balloon that could have been bought from any other retailer for £3 and it was delivered in a battered box with a bit of tissue paper. I can’t begin to describe my disappointment as I knew that my husband had paid £21 for a £3 balloon, so I was expecting something significantly better. My advice - don’t waste your money!

Ordered balloons and paid extra for next day delivery before 1pm didn't get the balloons until 5pm that day (party over).
Tried to contact the company but no response.
I would never buy from the company again what a waste of my money.

Brought a great balloon bouquet for our daughter's birthday today. Lovely service and fantastic selection of balloons for a reasonable price. Used previously for some golden wedding balloons which were a big hit. Highly recommended.

Great variety and reasonable price. Had to change the date of delivery at the last minute and it was all fixed by return. Hard to fault on customer service, having used them twice in the last few months. Wish every on-line company was like this!
