I have recently had to contact Bloom Boutique after a beautiful necklace I received as a Christmas Present from my daughters was faulty. I received excellent customer service from Chris. Not only was my email acknowledged and dealt with very quickly, having provided photos of the necklace, they advised that another would be sent without hesitation. They have even arranged for it to be delivered to my address rather than my daughter 80 miles away.
Whilst there was a faulty item, these things cannot be helped but the excellent customer care and attention has been pleasantly received and I would recommend them to friends and family. Thank you for being attentive and having such great customer service 😊
