Was gifted a bunch of flowers for an early Mother’s Day. The flowers themselves were the most beautiful bunch put together. 2 weeks on and the Lilies have just bloomed, filling the whole house up with an inviting scent that you just can’t miss. Will definitely be ordering from here again

Couldn't thank the team enough for going above and beyond to take my order by end of the day as I had another florist cancel on me last minute and blooming flowers was there to save the day! They even went above to get chocolates that was alcahol free for me and gift wrapped everything to perfection. The bouquet was absolutely stunning! You can tell they put a lot of love and effort😍 I was in awww. They delivered with such care for me. Thank you to the team. Highly recommend getting your flowers from here! Do NOT waste your time and money! This was the first time I ordered from this florist and will surely be the last. I called a few florists on the day however many were closed and so I chose this one as from the reviews it seemed decent and I was only ordering flowering and a box of chocs so surely they couldn't get it wrong. The initial phone call when placing the order went well and the lady on the other end was very helpful and even said she'd pick me some chocolates as they didn't have any in stock that were suitable. Unfortunately when the flowers got delivered it was clear the florist got my order wrong (I requested my flowers in a box and with height as they didn't have any hat boxes, soft pinks and a vintage coloured arrangement, no carnations, gerberas or what I can get from the supermarket). The arrangement was everything I didn't ask for and the stems hadn't even been separated. After several phone calls I eventually got to speak to the owner to complain and she was extremely unhelpful, abrupt and unwilling to hear me out. She too busy speaking over me and telling me she'd put everything into the business and broken her back due to it. When I eventually managed to get a word in I said I made it clear when placing the order I wanted something different not what I can purchase from the supermarket and she hung up. I tried calling her back and she didn't answer and the issue was never resolved. A waste of £45.
